  • I would rather use only local contractors to keep my money near home. Also if I have a problem with the repair I can reach out to them quickly for service. I'm excited to hear about Contractors Co-op and their concept of compiling this local contractor directory.
  • Make sure to get your gutters cleaned after the fall leaves drop. Not cleaning your gutters at the end of the fall season can result in your gutters being pulled out of your fascia or causing damage to the wood fascia or soffit due to water overflowing the gutter. Gutter guards are an option but in my experience there is no fool proof gutter guard. If the downspouts of your gutter system remain blocked for a long time and cause water to overflow the water can wash out the soil around your foundation along the exterior walls of your home. If too much soil is removed from the runoff the foundation can settle which can ***** brick, stucco, drywall, crown molding, and siding. Settlement of a foundation is not covered by most home insurance policies so its important to make sure this doesn't occur. A simple gutter cleaning once a year can save a lot of heartache and money in the long run. Give us a call at Contractor's Co-op if you are looking for a gutter cleaning company. 770-856-9388
